The Village of Woodridge is located in the southern portion of DuPage County with portions of the Village in Cook and Will 
Counties.The Village of Woodridge is bound by 7 other communities including:

Woodridge has a prime location at the intersection of two major interstate highways, I-55 and I-355, which provide excellent transportation access. Construction is underway on the extension of I-355 from Woodridge to New Lenox, terminating at Interstate 80. When completed in 2007, the extension will add 12.5 miles to I-355. Several arterial roads also serve the Village including Route 53, Joliet Road, Lemont Road, Hobson Road (63rd Street), Boughton Road and 75th Street.
