The Village Board of the Village of Woodridge consists of a Mayor and six (6) Trustees who are elected at-large for overlapping terms of four (4) years. As the policy-making body of the Village, the Board approves Ordinances and adopts Resolutions. The Village Clerk, also elected for a four (4) year term, keeps all official records and maintains minutes of all Board meetings.
