Deputy Chief Boehm was hired in 1988 as a Patrol Officer. In 1999 he was promoted to Sergeant. Over the next 5 years he would serve as Tactical Sergeant, Detective Sergeant and Patrol Sergeant. In 2005 he was promoted to Deputy Chief of Support Services. In 2008 he assumed his current role as Deputy Chief of Operations. He manages the Patrol Division, the Tactical Unit and Community Services.
