Results are being compiled of the annual Community Needs Survey. The purpose of this survey is to gather resident input on Village services and programs. The Village randomly selects a sample of 1,200 residents to complete the survey. Residents selected as part of the 1,200 person sample will receive a letter with a participation code.
The Village has conducted the survey annually since 1988 in an effort to gauge how residents feel about Village services and let residents raise concerns or suggest new ideas for the Village. This year, survey responses totaled 434, translating into a 36.2% response rate. Feedback received indicates that residents have a great sense of pride in their community. As one resident put it last year, “Thank you for the opportunity to participate. The fact that Woodridge is doing this survey reflects the high quality and progressive nature of our community.”
The results of the survey will be made available on the Village’s website this fall.
