December 4, 2017 Plan Commission Consideration

On Monday, December 4, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. at the Woodridge Village Hall, Five Plaza Drive, the Woodridge Plan Commission will consider the following:

AMITA Health – 2363 63rd Street: The Plan Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application by AMITA Health. The applicant is requesting a major amendment to a special use for a Planned Unit Development to allow modifications to the building façade and deviations from certain wall signage requirements at 2363 63rd Street. The 68,000 square foot space, previously Dominick’s, has been vacant since 2013. AMITA Health will be making a nearly $9 million investment in the space to accommodate immediate care, physical therapy and various medical offices. Village Board consideration of this request is anticipated to occur on December 21, 2017.
