August 28, 2017 Plan Commission Consideration

On Monday, August 28, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. at the Woodridge Village Hall, Five Plaza Drive, the Woodridge Plan Commission will consider the following public meetings:

Hobson Hill Subdivision: A request by Pulte Home Company for final plat of subdivision and final plan and plat for a planned unit development for the 43-lot single-family Hobson Hill subdivision. The 16.6 acre property is located approximately 200 feet southeast of Lamond Avenue and Cedar Hill Lane. The Plan Commission and Village Board previously considered and approved annexation, rezoning to the R-3 residential district, preliminary plan and plat of PUD, preliminary plat of subdivision, and an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from low-density multi-family to a single-family designation for the property.

Christ the Servant Church Rectory and Parking Addition: Christ the Servant parish is proposing to add a rectory and additional parking to the church property, located at 8700 Havens Drive. The request requires an amendment to the previously approved preliminary RPUD plan for the church as well as a final RPUD plan for the proposed rectory and parking. The proposed rectory, which will be the residence for the Pastor of the church, is proposed at the southwest corner of the property. The additional parking is located directly southwest of the existing church and includes a drop off area.

Woodview Townhomes: A request by M/I Homes to develop the 8.22 acre property located at the northeast corner of I-355 and 63rd Street with a 51 unit townhome development. The request requires final plat of subdivision and final plan and plat for a planned unit development. On May 18, 2017, the Village Board approved the developer’s request to rezone the property to the A-1 Residential Zoning District, preliminary plat of subdivision, preliminary plan and plat of a planned unit development and an amendment to the Village’s Comprehensive Plan.
