May 15, 2017 Plan Commission Consideration

On Monday, May 15, 2017, at 7:30 p.m., the Woodridge Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at the Woodridge Village Hall, Five Plaza Drive, to consider the following: 

Hobson Hill Subdivision: The Plan Commission will consider applications by Pulte Home Company for the 16.6 acre property located approximately 200 feet southeast of Lamond Avenue and Cedar Hill Lane. Pulte is proposing a 43-lot single-family subdivision, called Hobson Hill. The property is currently unincorporated and the Comprehensive Plan designates the property for multi-family development (up to 10 dwelling units per acre). The proposed project includes annexation, rezoning to the R-3 residential district, preliminary plan and plat of PUD, preliminary plat of subdivision, and an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the designation of the property from multi-family to single-family.
