December 19, 2016 Plan Commission Consideration

On Monday, December 19, 2016, at 7:30 p.m., the Woodridge Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at the Woodridge Village Hall, Five Plaza Drive, to consider the following:

Molto – Southeast Corner of Davey Road and Marmon Drive: The Plan Commission will consider an application by Davey Road, LLC. The applicant is requesting to annex the subject property to Woodridge and rezone it to Office Research and Light Industrial (ORI), preliminary and final plat of subdivision and site plan approval to permit the construction of a 124,520 square foot office/warehouse building on 9.67 acres. The property is currently in the Village of Lemont, but is eligible for Woodridge annexation through a 2005 Lemont-Woodridge Boundary Agreement.

Woodview Townhomes – Northeast Corner of I-355 and 63rd Street:
The Plan Commission will consider an application by M/I Homes for Woodview, a 51-unit townhome development, proposed at the northeast corner of I-355 and 63rd Street on approximately 8.22 acres. The applicant is requesting a preliminary planned unit development (PUD), preliminary plat of subdivision, rezoning to the A-1 Residential District and an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan.
