August 15, 2016 Plan Commission Consideration

On Monday, August 15, 2016, at 7:30 p.m., the Woodridge Plan Commission will hold a public meeting at the Woodridge Village Hall, Five Plaza Drive, to consider the following:

Phoenix-Veterans Print – 10430 Argonne Woods Drive: The Plan Commission will consider an application by Phoenix-Veteran’s Print for a major amendment to the site plan approval. The applicant is requesting approval for a 12,000 square foot expansion to an existing 25,000 square foot office warehouse building.

Southwest Corner of Woodward Avenue and Boughton Road, Lot 5 – 2023 87th Street: The Plan Commission will consider an application by Key Development Partners and Gallagher and Henry for an amendment to the preliminary RPUD, final RPUD for Lot 5 of the Boughton and Woodward Retail Center, and preliminary and final plat of subdivision for Lot 5. The proposed development of Lot 5 is for an 87,566 square foot multi-tenant retail building. The development is proposed to be constructed in two phases. The first phase would include the development of a 37,539 square foot building that would be occupied by Value City Furniture. The remaining 50,027 square feet would be constructed once a tenant is secured for the shopping center.
