May 2, 2016 Plan Commission Consideration

On Monday, May 2, 2016 at 7:30 p.m., the Woodridge Plan Commission will hold a public meeting at the Woodridge Village Hall, Five Plaza Drive, to consider the following:

Text Amendments to the Municipal Code: A public hearing will be held to consider text amendments to Title 9, Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code. Staff is proposing to expand the public notification requirements from 250 feet to 350 feet for special use requests and proposed rezoning. The proposed text amendments would also add notification requirements for new site plan proposals being considered by the Plan Commission. The text amendments require Plan Commission review and Village Board approval.

Park 355 Phase 3: A request by HSA Commercial Real Estate, LLC to develop a 152,122 square foot office/warehouse building and associated site improvements on Lot 3 in Park 355 Business Park. The request before the Plan Commission is for Final Plan and Plat for a PUD for Phase 3 of the Park 355 development. This is the final phase of Park 355 and will be a speculative building which means that no tenants have been lined up for the building prior to construction. Village Board consideration of the project is tentatively scheduled for June 2nd.
