  1. Stormwater Management Hosting Watershed Workshops February 22

    February 22, All Day

    DuPage County Stormwater Management will host a series of upcoming watershed workshops to connect environmentally minded individuals and organizations in preserving local streams and rivers. The lunch workshop will be held February 22nd (East Branch DuPage River) from noon to 1:30 p.m. Speakers will discuss detention basin retrofit projects identified within each of the respective watersheds, as well as examples and funding opportunities for such projects.

  3. District 99 Proposal on March 20 Ballot - Community Open House - North High

    District 99 Proposal on March 20, 2018 Ballot The District 99 Board of Education voted on December 18, 2017 to place a proposal on the March 20, 2018 primary election ballot to address $136.6 million in capital facility improvements at North High School and South High School. The proposed improvements will extend the life of existing facilities, address safety and security issues, improve accessibility for people with disabilities, provide air conditioning in all classrooms, and create modern instructional spaces. A short video of highlights was created to outline the plan. In addition, D99 will be hosting Community Open Houses on February 21st (at South High) and February 22nd (at North High).

  5. ProLogis Scholarship Application Deadline: To High School Guidance Office by February 23!

    The Village of Woodridge and the ProLogis Foundation have scholarship applications available for Woodridge High School Seniors attending college in the fall. The primary criteria for applicants are: good citizenship, academic excellence, demonstrated leadership, campus or community involvement, and Woodridge residency. Applications and the scholarship brochure can be found in high school guidance offices, at the Woodridge Village Hall and on the Village website. Completed applications needed to be submitted to the high school guidance office by Friday, February 23rd. If you have any questions, please contact Leslie Davies at (630) 719-4706.
